Alexander McNaughton is a wild forager and local food sourcing consultant, who’s passion is sharing the joy of real food with folks of all ages. Expect to find him in the deepest of mossy forests, haunting farmers markets or carrying something fresh and alive into someone’s home or business. Based out of Ucluelet, Alexander works closely with chefs, craft producers and farmers, helping to build supply chains for healthy local food here on the West coast with the Tofino Ucluelet Culinary Guild.
